Central remote control station

Remote management control center

The remote management control stations perform the role of informing the operator of the proper functioning of the equipment to which they are attached. In case of breakdown of a field device, the remote management control center can commission a trouble shooting action in real time and monitor the results of the action.

Guarantee quality of service

The remote management CONTROL CENTER optimizes the operating and maintenance procedures on all types of sites and facilities, even distant or isolated. It monitors the proper functioning of installations, a process which is greatly facilited bythe automatic alert procedure, providing a truly coherent response to intervention management

Cost reductions

Responsiveness through the use of an automated service considerable reduces operational costs. Intervening staff are only required to leave their posts if the intervention request comes from the remote management control station. In addition, in almost every case, the alert signal specifies the exact nature of the malfunction, which optimizes the efficiency of the intervention procedure. It addresses everyone involved in urban travel management by providing them with the appropriate tools, whether it is a question of:
• traffic technicians through traffic light monetization tools (intersection file),
• operators and maintenance staff using real time operating tools,
• decision makers using reporting tools.

It also enables, as it is being used, capitalization of acquired experience, improvement of understanding, and in the handling of traffic conditions.

Real time communication

The heart of the system is the ILOG server. It collects processes and redistributes real time information to all the system interfaces.

Time deferred communications

The deferred time configuration and analysis applications rely heavily on the configuration and historic data bases, as well as file sharing (the tables containing the measurements may contain several tens, or even millions of recordings).

Hardware architecture

Deployment is adapted to the specific requirements of each town with equipment dimensioned to match the potential number of devices to be connected, the different options, and the possibility of adding supplementary operator stations or servers according to the needs.
